I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. Wonderful hotel with fantastic location brilliant right in the centre, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The a double room was updated, included climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a spacious bathroom. Location: the property was right by all the main pubs shops and restaurants, the center of Killarney within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and driving distance to the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry, and shopping, eating, and sightseeing😃🙂

The hospitality was really good and really
The genuine warmth of the staff, especially the personalized touches like chocolates for my son's graduation, really stood out. The hotel was a bit further from the main attractions than I expected.

Satisfactory breakfast with gluten free good options and gorgeous location. Location near to shops, pubs and galleries, downtown, the National Park, Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry and arts and crafts. A very nice stay for two nights...

Prime location, relaxing lobby atmosphere, unique decor
Noise from the street was disruptive at night!!! The leisure facilities at the sister hotel were outdated. There was also inconsistent cleanliness in the common areas, especially during peak times!!!

This is an old, classic hotel in the small city of Killarney. The rooms are quite large, and include a putter and ball. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Everything was within walking distance.

We were touched by the personalized note and chocolates for my son's graduation. The recommendations for local hikes enhanced our experience significantly.

From checking in to checking out, the staff at this hotel could not do enough for us. From walking to the carpark to collect our bags, directing us to the local dentist (small emergency) to booking dinner for us in a rival restaurant, the whole experience was excellent. We had a huge room and large double bed and while the floorboards creaked a bit, we couldn't fault anything.

Staying at the Killarney Royal was a pleasure. The room felt fresh and spacious. Every morning, the breakfast spread dazzled with a range of options, all made with quality ingredients, setting a positive tone for the day. The cozy lobby, complete with a beautiful fireplace, became our go-to spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. Special shoutout to Veronica, who was a fountain of local knowledge. Her recommendations for sights and dining. The complimentary goodies, like chocolate upon arrival, really added a personal touch. The only downside was the parking situation, which required a short walk from the hotel, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience given the overall experience. Killarney's charm and the warmth of the hotel.

Excellent location. Some great pubs serving food across the road. Rooms were huge with a random golf club and putting unit??? Nice touches with ice bucket, although only arrived on the first night of my stay.
Breakfast was the standard boring "Full irish" with one or two more options, Perhaps something a little more interisting would be good. Its supposed to be a hotel not a stardard B&B.

Everything!!!! We didn't book breakfast but had a wonderful coffee in the lobby. The staff, service and quality of rooms was far beyond the rating and price of this hotel. We will be back
